Our Apple Crumble Cheesecake starts with a buttery oat crumble, followed by a layer of cinnamon spiced apples and a brown butter cheesecake filling. Once baked and burnt to perfection, we top our Basque with a pool of caramel and more crunchy crumble — do Fall desserts get any better than this...we don’t think so :)
